Kendall Castello has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers list for Criminal Defense and Criminal Defense: White Collar.
The 2026 selection marks Kendall’s seventh consecutive year on the Texas Super Lawyers list. He has been recognized every year since 2020.
Recognized in the Top 5% of Texas Attorneys
Super Lawyers is a research-driven, peer-influenced rating service that uses a multi-phase selection process, including peer nominations, independent research, and peer evaluations. Each year, the Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5% of attorneys in each state.
For Kendall, the recognition spans two areas of his criminal defense practice: general criminal defense and white-collar criminal matters.
His practice is informed by more than 20 years in criminal law, including his time with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. Before entering private practice, Kendall served as Administrative Chief, where he oversaw multiple felony district courts as well as the Family Violence and Child Abuse divisions. He also has extensive trial experience in serious felony matters, including murder and capital murder cases.
Today, Kendall represents individuals facing serious criminal allegations and complex investigations in both state and federal matters.
Focused on Criminal Defense
Kendall’s practice is intentionally focused on criminal defense. That includes matters ranging from serious felony charges to complex white-collar cases and investigations.
Each case presents its own facts, circumstances, and legal considerations. Kendall works closely with clients to understand those circumstances, evaluate the available evidence, and develop a strategy for the matter at hand.
The continued recognition in the Super Lawyers list is appreciated, particularly because the selection process includes input from other attorneys in the legal community.
After seven consecutive years on the list, the focus remains where it has always been: doing the work required for each client and each case.
